Global powers, regional hegemons, and non-state actors engaged in a perennial state of competition dominate today’s security environment. In response, the Department Defense has adopted continuum model cooperation, below armed conflict, conflict. The military could significantly improve its efforts to compete along this achieve national objectives by leveraging Women, Peace, Security global policy framework that supports gender equality values women’s diverse roles security.
